The BRILLIANT TOOLS spring compressor set Plastic BT651200 is excellently suited for installing and removing McPherson springs on the front and rear axle. A spacer is available for springs that rejuvenate in one direction. This allows small and large spring holders to be used together. The spacer creates an offset of 30 mm. The plastic protection inlay prevents unwanted scratches on the lacquer coating on the springs, reducing the danger of the springs rusting or breaking again. The various spring holder pairs with a diameter of 60 mm – 21.2 cm allow them to be used on many vehicle types, such as BMW, Toyota, Ford, Opel, VW, Audi, Saab, Nissan, Honda, Subaru, Volvo, Mitsubishi etc. The spring holder has a maximum tension force of 1.500 kg, a travel path of 30 cm and is not suitable for impact screwdriver operation
