Tehniskā specifikācijaEmulsin PRO MW is a modern mineral emulsifying oil intended for machining and forming of steel and its alloys, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, aluminum. Excellent for heavy duty operations requiring above average lubricity. PROduct enriched with anti-corrosive, emulsifying, bactericidal and fungicidal additives. This PROduct is free of boron compounds, formaldehyde-releasing biocides, chlorinated paraffins, nitrates, nitrites, phenols, secondary amines, alkanolamines and heavy metals.
Water with a hardness of up to 25 dH is recommended for preparing the emulsion. It is recommended for use in individual systems as well as in central supply systems, also as a hydraulic fluid.
