Tehniskā specifikācijaSpecial additive for cleaning and disinfecting highly contaminated bathways of circulation systems, formulated with a high concentration of emulsifiers, surfactants, alkalis and antimicrobial substances.Especially suitable for emulsifiable products that contain mineral oils.The product is soluble in water, has very good compatibility with ionic and non-ionic surfactants. Due to its high alkalinity it has good anticorrosive properties. ADITIVO LIMPIADOR is a bacterial, yeasts and fungal disinfectant. Removes dirt produced by oils, grease, fungiand bacterial contamination. Once the ADITIVO LIMPIADOR has been added there is the possibility of a slight increase in the number of organisms present in the system. After a couple of hours of operation, you can see a clear reduction in these.The product has a great power to destroy micro-organisms as well as a great cleaning capacity.
How to use is two options:
1. Cleaning bathways after emptying the previous emulsion and filling with water plus ADITIVO LIMPIADOR.
2. Adding to the contaminated bathroom hours before cleaning, recirculating the product and with a subsequent emptying and rinsing with water. In the cases of machining of ferrous materials, steels and their alloys, it allows to continue machining for 6/8 hours.
1. Cleaning of bathways before emptying used product:
- Empty used bath, carry out a complete manual
cleaning, removing sludge, chips and particles.
- Fill with water and add 2-3% of ADITIVO
LIMPIADOR.
- Recirculate the bath for 6/8 hours, recommended to increase the flow rates and pressure as much as possible. Pay special attention to the filters due to possible blockages, due to the release of dirt existing in pipes and hidden areas.
- Drain the cleaning liquid, rinse with a new 0.5% coolant emulsion, draining again and filling with the new emulsion.
2. Added to the contaminated bathways:
2.1 Adding 2-3% of ADITIVO LIMPIADOR to the used and contaminated system to clean and disinfect it.Recirculate for a minimum of 4/6 hours which will depend on the accumulation of existing dirt; taking special care that no blockagesoccur in filters and pipes, recommending increasing flow rates and pressure as much as possible.Once the previous step has been carried out, the product and emulsion can be left in the bath for a few hours at rest to eliminate the microorganisms.Once all the previous steps have been
completed, empty and rinse the bath.Then it is filled with new emulsion at the recommended concentration.
2.2 In the cases of machining steels and ferrous materials, steels and their alloys, it allowsrecirculation and continue machining for 6/8 hours.
NB! It is not possible to machine aluminium or yellow metals.
