The Stabila LAX 60 G provides professionals with a compact, versatile and immediately ready-to-use cross line laser for accurate marking and alignment in the horizontal and vertical plane. Thanks to GreenBeam technology, it projects extremely bright, razor-sharp green laser lines that are visible at distances of up to 30 m, even in daylight. In manual mode, the lines can be positioned at any inclination, while in pulse mode the working area can be expanded to up to 80 m using a receiver.
The device is suitable for many types of work such as drywall construction, tiling, decorating, joinery, electrical installation, and plumbing, heating and air-conditioning installation. The cross line laser makes marking, aligning and assembly work much easier. With a levelling accuracy of ±0.3 mm/m, it offers high precision. Thanks to powerful magnets and a 1/4″ thread, the laser can be attached to steel beams or radiators or mounted on a tripod (for example the Stabila ST-K-S).
To mark diagonals, the pendulum can be locked in manual mode so that the laser lines remain fixed at the required angle. In large and brightly lit spaces, pulse-modulated laser lines can be activated to extend the working area to up to 80 m when used with a receiver.
The LAX 60 G self-levelling cross line laser is immediately ready for use thanks to pendulum technology designed for construction site conditions and is easy to operate with two buttons. Powered by three AA 1.5 V batteries, its energy-efficient laser diodes provide an operating time of up to 15 hours. The battery status can be checked on the LED indicator and the operating time can be extended by switching the laser lines on and off.
The device is designed for tough everyday use on construction sites. The LAX 60 G is protected against dust ingress and water spray from all directions according to protection rating IP54. The shock-absorbing Stabila Soft Grip casing protects the device against impacts. The pendulum locking mechanism prevents damage during transport and maintains the accuracy of the laser. The laser is supplied with a sturdy belt pouch for safe storage. Additional accessories include a target plate with magnetic holder and crosshair, which makes it easier to align the laser with a target point. For suspended ceilings, the target plate can easily be attached to metal rails using the magnetic holder.
